UL tire coupling
UL tire couplings are made of tire-like rubber components, which are bolted to connect the two halves of the couplings. The structure type of tyre coupling can be divided into three types: belt skeleton type, open type and integral type.
Compared with the other two, the structure with skeleton has the advantages of large bearing capacity, long service life and convenient assembly and disassembly. Therefore, the skeleton type tire coupling is selected as the standard. Tyre coupling has high elasticity, small torsional stiffness, strong vibration reduction ability, greater ability to compensate the relative displacement of two axes, good damping, simple structure, no lubrication, convenient assembly, disassembly and maintenance, low noise, but low load-bearing capacity, large radial dimension, and large axial additional load when overloaded. It is suitable for two-axis connection with frequent starting, changeable positive and negative rotation and large impact vibration. It can work in the working environment with dust and moisture.
