1. Elastic coupling can transfer torque and rotation angle, absorb the installation deviation of the shaft at the same time. When the installation deviation exceeds the allowable value, it may cause vibration or shorten the life of the coupling. Therefore, it is necessary to ensure proper adjustment of the deviation.

2. There are three kinds of deviation of axes, namely, radial deviation, angular deviation and axial deviation. Please adjust the deviation to below the allowable values listed in the product specifications.

3. The maximum allowable deviation for each product is that when only one deviation exists, when two or more deviations exist simultaneously, the allowable value should be less than 1/2 of the maximum deviation in each specification table.

4. Deviation does not only occur in equipment assembly, but also in vibration, thermal expansion and bearing wear during operation. Therefore, it is recommended to adjust the axial deviation to less than 1/3 of the maximum value.
