WH-type slider coupling

WH-type slider coupling (JB/ZQ 4384-97 instead of JB/ZQ 4384-86, formerly known as KL) has similar structure with cross-slider coupling. The difference is that the middle cross-slider is a square slider. The middle slider slides in the corresponding radial groove of the end faces of the two side half-coupling to realize the connection of the two half-coupling and the slider coupling. Permissible compensation: axial x = 1 ~ 2mm, radial y 0.2mm and angular a 40'.

The structure of WH-type slider coupling (JB/ZQ 4384-97 instead of JB/ZQ 4384-86, formerly known as KL) is similar to that of cross-slider coupling. The difference is that the middle cross-slider is a square slider, which slides in the corresponding radial grooves at the ends of the two side half-coupling to realize the connection of the two half-coupling. The coupling is noisy, inefficient and wearing fast. Generally, it is not selected as far as possible. Only when the speed is very low, the slider coupling specified in this standard is suitable for oil pump device or other occasions where the transmission torque is small. It has the performance of compensating the relative offset of two axes, shock absorption and cushioning; its working temperature is - 20 ~70 degree C. The nominal transfer torque is 16-500N.m.
